Adding a show
Tap Search to find any TV show, open it, and tap "Add to my list." Coming from another app? Import your whole history at once from Settings → Import.
Marking an episode watched
On Home, swipe the card left. On a show's page, tap the ring next to an episode, or press a ring and drag down to mark a whole run at once.
Rating from the deck
Tap the Home card. Five reels fan out; tap one, or slide across them and lift on the one you mean. That rates and marks the episode in one go.
Finding the rest of the app
The center "More" button opens Discover, Import, Stats, Notifications, History and Help. Games, People and the Aftershow appear there once you turn them on in Settings → Features.
Where a season is streaming
Streaming lists are per season. When the season you're on isn't on your services, the Home card says where it is — tap that pill, or Where to watch on any show page, for every season and every service, plus a one-tap way to add the service or be told when it lands on yours. No position set yet? Tap the season you're on in that list and the card follows.
My List shortcuts
On My List, swipe a show left to remove it, swipe right to line it up for Tonight, or long-press for quick actions.
Tonight
Line up what you'll actually watch tonight, a short, ordered queue separate from your whole list. The moon lights up after 5pm if nothing is planned.
Tidying your alerts
Swipe an alert to dismiss it, or use "Clear" to tidy them all at once.
Daily Cliffhanger
One mystery show a day, name it from the clues. Turn on games in Settings → Features to play.
Watching with a friend
With People on, a show's ⋯ sheet has Watch Together: invite a friend to the same episode and react live.
The Aftershow
Spoiler-safe conversation for every show; posts about an episode stay sealed until you've watched it. Turn it on in Settings → Features.
🎬Getting Started

NextEp is a fast TV tracker. Add the shows you watch, mark episodes as you go, and always know what to watch next and when the next one airs. Everything else — games, friends, discussion rooms — is optional and off until you turn it on in Settings → Features.

Tap Search (the magnifying glass on Home, or the + menu) and type the title. Tap the show, then "Add to my list." You can also browse Discover by mood, genre and streaming service, or import your whole history from another app.

Tell NextEp where you are. Right after an add it asks; if you skipped that, My List shows a "Set where I am" banner once several shows are still at the start, and walks you through them one at a time. You can also open any show and tap its status to pick the episode you are on.

No. Start as a guest and add shows straight away. Your list is yours for 30 days on that phone without an account; after your first mark NextEp offers to keep it anywhere with one email, no password. On day 30 the list goes read-only (never deleted) until you add an email.

That is the guest lease. A guest list lives in this browser only, and Safari clears that storage after a week away unless NextEp is on your Home Screen. Add an email from Profile or the keep-this-list sheet and the countdown disappears for good.
